Experienced and certified officer and soldier, with background from years of service both nationally and internationally in various warzones. Certified and capable of technical movement in mountainous terrain, performing outdoor activities at high altitudes, survival technics, safety and fall protection, ice and avalanche knowledge & search and rescue.  Instructor in survival and movement during harsh winter conditions. Backcountry skier, mountaineering and nature lover. DID Adventure guide for 10 years.

 

 

 

 

Mark

Mark moved to Molde in 2016 to study sport management at the local university. He has been with Molde Adventure Center since the very beginning, as he started to work there as an intern in 2017. In his free time, he enjoys the numerous outdoor adventure possibilities offered by the region. Mark is a certified alpine skiing instructor and has previous experience in instructing wind surfing and alpine skiing.

Didrick

Didrick has worked in the Norwegian navy for seven years and has extensive knowledge on safety measures in outdoor adventures. He established his own company DID Adventure in 2005 that is specialized in organizing activities for large groups. He has worked together with such companies as Shell, Aker Solutions, or Statoil. In 2017 he decided to launch Molde Adventure Center with the main focus at tourists visiting the town and local people. He is a certified kayak instructor and he loves to spend his free time out in the nature.

 

 

 

 

 

Martin

Martin is born and raised in Telemark located in the south of Norway. He has now settled down in Molde and enjoys the wide range of options for outdoor adventures in the region. Martin has varied experience with outdoor activities and has explored large parts of the Norwegian wilderness, with adventures all over Norway, form the north to the south. The last couple of years his focus has been to go climbing, hunting and mountaineering, where he finds joy in the mix of both physically and mentally challenging activities. When Martin is guiding, you can expect a day filled with smiles and good mood.

Sarah

Sarah was born in Germany in 1991 and moved to Swedish Lapland in 2000, where she grew up. She speaks therefore fluently German, English, Norwegian and Swedish.
During the winter she lives and studies Social work in Sogndal, while the summers are spent with the family in Molde. 
Sarah studied Outdoor and Adventure Management in Åre, Sweden and is an educated outdoor guide since 2013. She loves the mountains and has passion for all types of outdoor activities, but her main sports are paragliding and trail running. Her focus is always on safety when doing outdoor sports.

Håvard

Håvard is 28 years old, born in Molde. He has 15 years experience in high and low adventure activities, such as mountain climbing, paragliding, speedriding and freeskiing. For a long period he traveled around the world, slowly learning to master sports in raw nature. In later years he has been living by the mountains of Sogndal, Norway, doing a bachelor degree in outdoor leadership. He is now a experienced mountaineer, and a certified guide in climbing, skiing and sea kayaking.

To combine activities with nature has become his deep passion that he loves to share with others, hoping that more people will see the value of playing with the elements. Teaching the basics in how to practise these activities safe and sustainable.

 

Ole Kristian

Ole Kristian used to be a professional road cyclist. He participated in numerous occasions in the Tour de France and Giro d’Italia. He raced for Italian teams Supermercati -Brianzoli and Metauro-Pinarello. After his professional career in road biking, he opened his own bike shop in Molde and joined the Norwegian national team for mountain biking. He has been also a national trainer for mountain bikers for six seasons. Ole Kristian has been working now for several years as a freelance guide in Molde.
